I’m excited for Come Alongside Me LLC Shop/Store Opening. Our products are meant to aid in helping propel women forward. We also encourage men to consider our products as gifts for the women in their lives to express that they see and appreciate their journey. They are gentle reminders that all though we may be bruised God can still use.
The website accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and PayPal. We support and encourage local small businesses. We welcome bulk orders, please use the Contact Us form for inquiries.
God blessed me with my heart’s desire for a blog and shop/store opening. With a lot of prayers, consulting, and seeking the Lord I was able to come up with products I am grateful to share with you. I don’t take this opportunity lightly and I appreciate the platform that Jesus has bestowed upon me. This is the leading and prompting of the Holy Spirit. Don’t minimize the power of the Holy Spirit in your life.
The logo
Another inspiration of the Holy Spirit. I initially didn’t have a vision for a logo but as I was developing products it started to become important. When I say I got into prayer that is exactly what I did. It was a process and eventually, God started to give me golden nuggets for the logo. I knew I didn’t want it to be a specific woman, because I wanted any woman to be able to put herself in that place. The single tear represents her being bruised, but looking up represents the Savior and that she can still be used. Okay, anyone that knows me knows I am all about my lipstick. Bruised but God can still use is what speaks to me. With all my flaws, shortcomings, setbacks, and acts of disobedience, there is no limit to God’s power and ability.
What I learned
I learned so much during this process and it is only the beginning. Sharing all the knowledge and lessons in one post would be extremely long, but I will share a few. One thing I learned is not to force an outcome. When you come up against opposition or a plan not going as expected, step back and pray. Let the Lord speak to you and then proceed with what He told you. Forcing only causes stress, anxiety, and more work than necessary. Secondly, after you get the go-ahead from the Lord, do your vision and not someone else’s. Do what God called you to do. It won’t prosper and reach who it’s supposed to if you are trying to be someone else. Thirdly, put in the work and effort with a right and joyful spirit. Do your very best and the Lord will do the rest. Be sure to operate with integrity.
Fourth, and this should be first, allow yourself to be ministered to. That means reading and studying the Bible, going to church, fellowshipping with other Christians, listening to Christian music, commit to doing a Bible plan, and encouraging yourself. We have to keep our minds stayed on Christ, Isaiah 26:3-4. Never forget we have an enemy that hates us. Fifth, be open to learning and willing to change your plan. I was so excited to have my brain stimulated and exposed to new learning opportunities. I could go on and on about what I learned, but the last thing I will share is that I am most amazed by God’s transformation within me. That is the most profound aspect of this journey.
In Conclusion
The shop/store opening as I stated earlier is such a blessing and answer to prayer. The blog is extremely important to me and I will continue to post on Tuesdays. It is a major part of who I am and I am so thankful for God using me to further the kingdom.
