About Me

I am a Christian that ran from the Lord and lived her life. I did things the way I wanted to. The strange thing about being in control is that I was never in control of anything. I didn’t have peace and certainly didn’t have understanding. I was a miserable complainer and could not figure out why I couldn’t get ahead.

Even though I was in a horrible place spiritually, mentally, and emotionally I was never comfortable in my sin. I am so grateful for the Holy Spirit always tugging on my heart. I knew something was wrong and would cry out to the Lord. I didn’t realize I was not surrendered to the Lord. I was that person in a room full of people and all by myself.

Ungodly relationships, connections, and choices took the place of God. The amazing thing about the Lord is that He never left me nor forsook me even though I left from under His covering. Praise God that I am still here today bruised but being used by my Savior.
